- We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your purchase. All items that are returned will be subject to an inspection. If an item is found altered with, used or physically damaged it will not be accepted for return.

- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition and packaging it was sent with all tags attached to be eligible for return. 

- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and service fees are nonrefundable.

- If an item arrives defective/damaged or you believe you received the wrong item, email photos of the item to [email protected] within 7 days of the date your item was deemed 'delivered' by the carrier.

- When placing orders, be sure to enter a complete and accurate shipping address. The most common reason for undeliverable shipments is the omittance of an apartment or unit number. Items returned to sender will be subject to a re-ship fee at cost to the customer.

  • Shipping: All items shipped in U.S.A. Please allow 3-7 business days before arrival. Once items are shipped tracking info will be sent to email provided. Orders placed on holidays or after business hours, your order will be processed the next business day.
